Fontana Forni Mangiafuoco Wood-Fired Pizza Oven – Anthracite – FTMF-A
Turn your patio into a Neapolitan back-alley pizzeria—minus the jet-lag. Hand-welded in Italy’s Le Marche region, the Fontana Forni Mangiafuoco rockets past 900 °F on pure hardwood, yet sips up to 5 × less wood than a traditional brick dome. Wrapped in a tough anthracite powder-coat and lined with a full 12 cm of rock-wool insulation, it’s the medium-size, countertop superstar built to feed a crowd and outlast the weather.
Oven Key Features
🔥 900 °F Wood-Fire Power – Single-vault “fire-in-chamber” design hits 750 °F in about 30 minutes and blasts beyond 900 °F for authentic leopard-spotted pies.
🍕 768 sq in Cordierite Deck – A spacious 32″ × 24″ interior with a 24″ × 24″ stone floor cooks three 10″ or two 12″ pizzas at once—plus room for cast-iron skillets.
🛡️ Double-Wall Steel Dome – 2.5 mm welded steel (441 SS inside, 304 SS outside) locks heat in, shrugs off rain, salt air, and blazing summers.

🌡️ Built-In Analog Thermometer – Glance-and-go chamber temps without wasting heat.

A FIRE-BREATHING SHOWPIECE
Despite its powerhouse performance, the Mangiafuoco countertop body weighs just ≈ 246 lbs—rock-solid in use, yet light enough to shuffle during a patio makeover. Its exterior footprint (about 34″ D × 39″ W) fits standard outdoor counters, while the chimney vents smoke a full 77″ above ground if you add the factory cart.
BIG-LEAGUE CAPACITY
A 14″ tall vault means towering sourdough boules, beer-can chickens, or bubbling lasagna pans slide in with ease. Host pizza parties? Three 10-inch pies side-by-side keep the slice station fully loaded.
AIRFLOW YOU CAN HEAR
Open the fire door and listen to fresh oxygen roar across the flame. Close it, tweak the chimney cap, and watch the thermometer settle exactly where you want—crispy-skin chicken at 450 °F or low-n-slow pork shoulders at 325 °F, all without baby-sitting hot spots.
FUEL-SIPPING EFFICIENCY
Thanks to aerospace-thick insulation and a reflective steel dome, one log batch powers hours of cooking—and keeps the exterior cool to the touch for curious kids or pets drifting by the action.
