Best of Backyard LLC is a small, family-run business in Southern California, located in Riverside, CA. We specialize in outdoor living products, with a special emphasis on custom outdoor kitchens and BBQ islands.

As an authorized dealer for leading brands, we curate grills, built-in components, refrigeration, pizza ovens, islands, patio furniture, outdoor dining sets, shade products, heaters, fire pits, fire tables, custom outdoor kitchens, and more.

Product Information, Availability and Pricing

Accuracy and Images

We work hard to keep descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and availability accurate, but errors may occur. Photos are illustrative, and colors or finishes may vary due to screens, lighting, or manufacturer updates.

Manufacturer Changes

Manufacturers may change specifications, components, packaging, or model numbers without our knowledge. We may update listings or substitute a current equivalent provided by the manufacturer.

Availability Is Not Guaranteed

Stock status, “in stock,” “ships in,” and delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Inventory can change after an order is placed, especially for drop-ship, freight, or manufacturer-direct items.

Right to Limit or Refuse Orders

We may limit quantities and may refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud, misuse, pricing errors, listing errors, payment verification issues, or supply issues.

Pricing and Errors

Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes, shipping, freight surcharges, lift-gate fees, appointment fees, installation, and similar charges unless stated. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we are not obligated to honor the error.

Promotions and MAP Brand Exclusions

Only one promotion or discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise. Promo codes generally do not apply to sale items, clearance items, bundle pricing, or certain MAP-restricted brands, including Twin Eagles, Delta Heat, Mont Alpi, Napoleon, and other restricted brands.

Your Responsibility

Customers are responsible for verifying clearances, dimensions, gas requirements, electrical requirements, venting, ventilation, compatibility, permits, and local code requirements before ordering or installing.

Orders, Promotions and Coupons

Order Acceptance and Verification

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion, including after submission, for verification issues, availability, pricing errors, suspected misuse, fraud, or other business reasons.

Payment Authorization

Submitting an order authorizes us to obtain payment approval and, upon acceptance, charge your selected payment method for merchandise, taxes, shipping, and any applicable fees.

Title and Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss transfer to you when we hand the order to the carrier. For freight or LTL deliveries, an adult must be available at the scheduled delivery time. Inspect packages on arrival and note visible damage with the driver.

Cancellations and Changes

Once an order is released to the warehouse, third-party logistics provider, carrier, or manufacturer, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Address changes after shipment may incur carrier fees. Refused deliveries may be subject to return freight and restocking fees.

Promotion Rules

• Only one promotion or discount code may be applied per order.
• Discounts apply to the merchandise subtotal unless stated otherwise.
• Discounts generally exclude taxes, shipping, freight fees, services, and gift cards.
• Promo codes generally do not apply to sale, clearance, final sale, or special bundle pricing.
• Certain brands may be excluded due to MAP policies.
• Free gifts and BOGO promotions are subject to qualification, availability, and substitution.
• Promotions have no cash value, are not transferable, and do not apply to past orders.
• Promotions, thresholds, and eligible items may change or end at any time.

Price Match Policy

If you find an identical item at a lower delivered price from a qualifying U.S. retailer, we may work to match it before you purchase.

• Same item: New, identical brand, model, UPC, configuration, size, finish, fuel type, and warranty.
• In stock: Competitor must have the item in stock and able to ship to your address.
• Authorized U.S. retailer: No marketplaces, third-party sellers, auctions, paid membership clubs, installers, or grey-market sellers.
• Verifiable price: Publicly advertised and confirmable through a direct link.
• Delivered cost: We compare total delivered cost, including product price and required shipping or handling fees.

A price match cannot be combined with promotions or coupons. We do not provide price matches or price adjustments after a purchase is completed.

Shipping, Returns, Warranty and Services

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, delivery windows, freight appointments, damage or shortage claims, and refused shipments are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery, with an RMA required. Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with all accessories and manuals.

Some items may be non-returnable, including installed or used goods, made-to-order items, custom items, clearance items, final sale items, and certain high-value or freight items. Returns may be subject to return freight and restocking fees.

Warranty Coverage and Claims

Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and administered under the manufacturer’s terms. Best of Backyard provides assistance and coordination only. We do not control warranty approval decisions, claim speed, or replacement part timelines.

To begin a warranty request, use our Warranty Form. Have your order number, serial number if applicable, photos or video of the issue, and proof of installation.

Services and Installation

Optional services may carry separate terms, pricing, and scheduling. Third-party installers or delivery crews are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Best of Backyard. You are responsible for permits, inspections, and local code compliance.

User Content

By submitting reviews, photos, testimonials, Q&A responses, or other content, you grant Best of Backyard LLC and its affiliates and service providers a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and sublicensable license to use that content for operational, analytical, and marketing purposes.

We may use submitted content on our website, emails, ads, social media, and in-store materials. Unless we agree in writing, you will not receive payment for content you submit.

Information on Website

Website content, including guides, FAQs, sizing tools, recommendations, and general advice, is for general information only. It is not professional advice and is not a substitute for work performed by licensed trades.

We do not provide engineering, architectural, gas-fitting, electrical, safety, or code-compliance certifications. Manufacturer manuals and local codes control if there is any conflict with website content.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute with Best of Backyard LLC are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before filing a claim, email info@bestofbackyard.com with a summary of the dispute so we can try to resolve it in good faith for up to 60 days.

Except for small-claims matters and claims seeking public injunctive relief under California law, disputes will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration administered by AAA or JAMS.
