With its amazing versatility, the Blaze 1/2 Inch thick griddle allows you to cook up anything from bacon and eggs to juicy hamburgers or sizzling fajitas with rice and veggies for the whole family. Equipped with two commercial quality, 304 stainless steel U-shaped burners that each deliver 18,000 BTUs of cooking power for a total of 36,000 BTUs, this Blaze built-in natural gas griddle provides even heating across its 495 square inch stainless steel cooking surface.

To ensure a steady, reliable flame with every start, the griddle features a Push & Turn Flame-Thrower primary ignition, backup flash tube secondary ignition, and cross tubes. The large capacity grease tray with a hole in the center directs grease down to the drip tray below, making for easy cleaning. Constructed entirely with 304 grade stainless steel and including a stainless steel lid to cover the griddle plate when not in use, this ETL certified gas griddle offers exceptional durability and longevity. Additionally, the product is ETL certified with an ANSI Z21.58-2018/CSA 1.6 rating.
