The Everdure HUB charcoal grill by Heston Blumenthal is great for outdoor grilling anywhere you want to be. The HUB series grills are made of powder-coated steel and have a Fast Flame Ignition System that, at the touch of a button, uses a heating element to ignite your charcoal and has you ready to start grilling in roughly 10 minutes. With the patent pending Rotiscope Technology rotisserie system, you get a built-in rotisserie that can be accessed by pressing and popping out the rotisserie support poles on the top of the grill and inserting the stowed rotisserie rod into them. The rotisserie includes ClipLock Forks that have a jaw-like design for keeping your food securely in place no matter if you are roasting a small chicken or a suckling pig. The rotisserie is capable of supporting up to 85 lbs and has 3 height settings. The built-in heat protection shield provides enhanced protection on any surface when grilling in almost any environments. Chrome hinged grill grates allow you to easily access the porcelain enamel firebox for adding or redistributing the charcoal and the porcelain enamel charcoal tray allows for easy charcoal removal. A 59-inch retractable power cord for long reach powering options and no clutter storing. Locking caster wheels allow you to keep your grill stable and secure. There is additional storage potential with a large area under the grill accessed with two double-lined doors. The modern and pleasing appearance of the Everdure Grills is inspired by minimalist Danish designs. HUB series grills stand on four legs, two with rolling casters, for enhanced mobility when pursuing your ideal grilling experience.

Small Parcel Shipping

We use USPS, FedEx, and UPS for smaller items like grill tools and accessories. Delivery typically takes 1–4 business days after processing.

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Orders placed before noon are often processed the same day.
  • Free shipping on orders over $59.99; smaller orders have a flat $9.99 rate.
  • Orders over $400 require a signature. Someone 18+ must be available to sign.
  • All shipments are tracked — you'll get an email with tracking once your order ships.

LTL Freight Shipping

For larger items like grills and outdoor kitchens, we use LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight. Shipments are palletized for secure transport and delivered curbside.

  • The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window — please keep your phone number current.
  • Delivery is curbside; items will not be moved inside your home or yard.
  • Lift gate service is included to safely unload heavy items.
  • Inspect your shipment on arrival. If products are visibly damaged beyond repair, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
  • For minor damage, note it on the delivery receipt before signing, then contact us.

Important: Remote areas may have additional delivery times or fees. Contact us if you think your area may qualify as remote.

Returns & Exchanges

Small Parcel Items

Our 30-Day Return Policy applies to small parcel items. Return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, in original condition and packaging.

  • Initiating a Return: Contact us with your order number and reason. We'll provide instructions and a return label.
  • Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping unless the return is due to our error. These fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds: Once received and inspected, we'll email you and process your refund to the original payment method.
  • Damaged or Defective: Contact us right away — we'll arrange a replacement and cover return shipping.
  • Exchanges: Start a return and place a new order for the item you want.

LTL Shipments

LTL return shipping costs more, and items must be returned on the original pallet, strapped and secured as received.

  • Repackage on the original pallet in the same secure configuration as delivered.
  • Items not returned in original condition may incur additional or restocking fees.
  • Expect higher shipping costs and a possible restocking fee.
  • Please confirm order details carefully before purchase to avoid return complications.
