ORDERS, PROMOTIONS & COUPONS
Order acceptance & verification. Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion (including after submission) for reasons such as verification issues, availability, pricing/listing errors, or suspected misuse/fraud. We may limit quantities per person, household, or order and may contact you for additional verification on high-value or freight shipments.
Payment authorization. Submitting an order authorizes us to obtain payment approval and, upon acceptance, to charge your selected method for merchandise, taxes, shipping, and any applicable fees.
Title & risk of loss. Title and risk of loss transfer to you when we hand the order to the carrier. For freight/LTL deliveries, an adult must be available at the scheduled time. Availability, backorders & split shipments. Availability and ship dates are estimates, not guarantees. We may ship items separately, place items on backorder, suggest alternatives, or cancel items we cannot supply. If we cancel after capturing payment, we’ll refund the amount paid for the cancelled item(s).
Cancellations & changes. Once an order is released to the warehouse, 3PL, or manufacturer, changes/cancellations may not be possible. Address changes after shipment may incur carrier fees. Refused deliveries may be subject to return freight and restocking under our Shipping & Returns policy.
Pricing & errors. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes, shipping, freight surcharges, lift-gate/appointment fees, installation, and similar charges unless stated. Despite our efforts, errors may occur. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we are not obligated to honor it. We may cancel the order or contact you to approve the corrected price; if charged, we will promptly refund on cancellation.
Post-purchase price changes. If our price drops after you buy, we do not offer price adjustments or retroactive discounts.
PROMOTIONS & COUPONS
One promotion per order. Only one promotion/discount code may be applied per order—no stacking or “double-dipping.”
What promos apply to. Unless stated otherwise, discounts apply to the merchandise subtotal and exclude taxes, shipping, freight/oversize fees, services, and gift cards.
Not valid on sale/clearance/bundles. Promo codes generally do not apply to items already on sale or clearance, or to special bundle pricing.
Brand exclusions (MAP). Certain brands are excluded due to Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies (e.g., Twin Eagles, Delta Heat, Mont Alpi, Napoleon, and other MAP-restricted brands).
BOGO & Free Gifts. If a promotion requires qualifying items/thresholds, the free/bonus item may be auto-added at checkout or fulfilled by our team. If qualifications are not met (including after a return), the bonus item will be removed or charged at its current price. Offers are while supplies last and substitutions may be made.
No cash value; not retroactive. Promotions have no cash value, are not transferable, and do not apply to past orders.
Misuse & abuse. We may reject, limit, or cancel orders involving coupon abuse (e.g., multiple accounts, automated use, brute-forcing codes) or inconsistent with offer terms.
Changes. Promotions, thresholds, and eligible items may change or end at any time without notice.
PRICE MATCH POLICY
We want you to get the best deal. If you find an identical item at a lower delivered price from a qualifying U.S. retailer, we’ll work to match it before you purchase.
Eligibility (what we match—pre-purchase only)
• Same item: New, identical brand/model/UPC and configuration (size, finish, fuel type), same warranty.
• In stock: Competitor has the item in stock and able to ship to your address.
• Authorized U.S. retailers: No marketplaces/third-party sellers, auctions, membership clubs requiring paid access, installers, or grey-market sellers.
• Verifiable price: Publicly advertised price we can confirm via a direct link (screenshots may be requested).
• Delivered cost: We compare total delivered price (item price + required shipping/handling/delivery fees). Taxes are excluded due to state variations.
Not combinable. A price match cannot be combined with our promotions or coupons; we’ll apply whichever single option yields the better final price.
Post-purchase note. We do not provide price matches or price adjustments after a purchase is completed (including if our price goes on sale later).
