Quote Policy:

When you receive a quote from Best of Backyard, the prices provided are valid for 7 days from the date the quote is issued, except in cases of special pricing, promotional items, or when there is a price increase from the manufacturer. Should there be a price increase from the manufacturer after a quote is provided but before an order is placed, your quote will be adjusted to reflect the new pricing. Shipping & Returns Small Parcel:

What to Expect with Freight Delivery:

Pallet Shipping: Most large items are shipped on pallets to ensure their safety during transit.
Curbside Delivery: Our standard freight delivery offers free curbside service. This means the freight driver will leave the pallet at the curb of your residence. From there, it’s up to you to move your new purchase to its new location in your home or backyard. Please plan to have at least two people available to assist.
Delivery Appointments: Unlike smaller parcel deliveries, freight shipments typically do not include a pre-scheduled delivery call. However, for carriers that do schedule, you’ll need to be present to sign for your delivery. These carriers provide a semi-truck with lift gate services to place your items safely at the curb.
Contact Information: It’s imperative to provide us with your best contact number at checkout. For scheduled deliveries, this is the number the shipping company will use to reach you to arrange your delivery window.

At the Time of Delivery:

Inspection is Key: Upon delivery, inspect your shipment for any missing or damaged items. Note any discrepancies on the delivery documents before signing.
