The Alfresco Sear Zone Side Burner has a 27,500 BTU ceramic infrared burner that preheats to 1,500 degrees in 4 minutes. The U-grate catches the drippings, vaporizing them into flavor-enhancing smoke and leaving the steakhouse-style sear marks. This AXE model sear zone side burner has a rapid preheat, commercial stainless steel for lasting durability, heli-arc welded seams, a matching stainless steel cover, and control knob accent lights. The ignition requires 110V. The Alfresco logo ensures quality outdoor kitchen equipment.
*All Sear Zone units with a serial number starting with 18 have 110 VAC ignition system and control knob accent lights.
