Yes—orders over $60 ship free to the contiguous U.S. Orders $60 & under ship $9.99 flat-rate. Oversized/custom/clearance items may have special handling. Alaska/Hawaii ship small-parcel only with a quoted surcharge; we can ship to U.S. freight forwarders for international orders.
You have 30 days from delivery for eligible items that are new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Return shipping is customer-paid unless it’s our error/defect; freight returns must go back on the original pallet. Refunds are issued 5–7 business days after inspection. A 10–25% restocking fee may apply for opened/missing parts. Custom/made-to-order and marked non-returnable items aren’t eligible.

Freight (large/heavy items): ships palletized, includes curbside + liftgate. Carriers do not move items to patios, backyards, or indoors—please have 1–2 helpers ready. Most freight carriers call/text to schedule a window (use a good phone number at checkout). Missed appointments can trigger redelivery/storage fees charged by the carrier.

Yes. We review plans (cutouts, ventilation, utilities, clearances), recommend licensed installers, and in SoCal can tape out layouts.
We’ll consider price-match requests from authorized dealers (current quote/live link required; eligibility depends on brand policy and stock).
We source replacement parts and assist with warranty claims for the brands we carry—and keep you updated on ETAs for backorders/pre-orders.
