One-Year Warranty: Valves and manifold assemblies, ignition systems, and electric/plastic components (such as switches, lights, and other non-metal parts) are covered under a limited one-year warranty. This ensures that the essential control and ignition parts are protected during the first year of ownership.
Five-Year Warranty: Important consumable and high-wear parts also have extended coverage beyond one year. Specifically, cooking grids, warming rack, and flavor grids are backed by a limited five-year warranty. This gives extra protection on parts that experience heavy use.

LTL Freight Shipping
For larger items like grills and outdoor kitchens, we use LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight. Shipments are palletized for secure transport and delivered curbside.
