Gold Standard Lifetime WarrantyTrueFlame provides lifetime coverage for the original purchaser on all major stainless steel grill components, including the stainless steel construction, main burners, cooking grates, burner covers, flame tamers, heat zone separators, valves, and temperature gauges.
All other parts, components, and electrical items are covered for three years from the date of purchase. This includes LED bulbs, wire harnesses, switches, power source wiring, transformers, interior halogen light wiring & bulbs, and any other parts not listed under the lifetime coverage.
Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser with proof of purchase and photo documentation, and must be registered (usually within 30 days) to validate coverage.
• Warranty covers replacement parts only; labor, freight, and installation costs are not included.

Small Parcel Shipping

- Free shipping on orders over $59.99; smaller orders have a flat $9.99 rate.

LTL Freight Shipping
For larger items like grills and outdoor kitchens, we use LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight. Shipments are palletized for secure transport and delivered curbside.
- The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window — please keep your phone number current.
- Delivery is curbside; items will not be moved inside your home or yard.
- Lift gate service is included to safely unload heavy items.
- Inspect your shipment on arrival. If products are visibly damaged beyond repair, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

Small Parcel Items
Our 30-Day Return Policy applies to small parcel items. Return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, in original condition and packaging.

LTL Shipments
