  • Made from sustainable certified V legal, Grade A teak harvested responsibly. Grade A teak is from mature trees that features grain that is more even, and color that is more consistent than lesser grades of teak.
  • Teak is a dense hardwood that contains natural oils which offers benefits over other natural woods including resistance to light, heat, moisture and pest damage.
  • New teak wood furniture will have a warm golden hue that patinas to a silvery grey over time. Letting the teak patina will not compromise the integrity of the wood, however, to keep the golden color, clean the teak furniture about once a year and apply a thin layer of teak oil.
  • Plastic foot glides help to protect your patio from scratching and also to help keep the furniture protected from dirt or water that can accumulate on the patio.
  • Cushions are made in America using American materials including Sunbrella performance fabrics which are easy to clean, are fade, stain, mildew resistant and carry a 5 year warranty.
  • Machine washable cushion covers feature durable and frustration free YKK brand zippers for easy removal. Top and bottoms of our seat cushions are identical so they can be flipped if a stain gets on the cushion between machine washes.
  • All cushions are sewn with PremoBond brand marine-grade UV treated thread made from high-quality mold, mildew, and rot resistant bonded polyester to ensure your cushions won’t fall apart at the seams.
  • Each seam is finished with overlock stitching for additional durability, reinforcement, weather proofing and to prevent the fraying of internal fabric edges during machine washing.
  • American made CertiPUR-US® certified foam cushion inserts which are produced without harmful chemicals such as formaldehyde, ozone depleters, PBDEs, TDCPP or TCEP flame retardants and are free of mercury, lead, and other heavy metals to protect the planet as well as the health of you and your loved ones.
  • Thick 4.5″ foam seat cushion inserts plus additional layers of 1″ of quick-drying Dacron on the top and bottom to help wick away moisture.
  • Back cushions are filled with 100% polyester fill fibers for a cloud-like back rest. The insert is sewn shut in a mesh incasing to keep the filling clean and easy to unstuff.
  • Cushion ties are sewn to the back of each seat cushion to secure them in place to the frame.

Harmonia is committed to providing high-quality outdoor furniture for both residential and hospitality (commercial) use. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the specified periods below, effective from the date of purchase (original invoice required). While we stand behind our products, normal wear and tear or misuse is not covered. The warranty is offered to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Warranty coverage differs for residential vs. commercial use as noted:

  • Frames (Aluminum, Steel, Teak): Residential – 5 YearsCommercial – 2 Years. Covers structural integrity of furniture frames in normal use. Components like foot glides or hardware are not considered part of the frame and may wear with use. This warranty excludes finish changes due to weather or use.
  • Outdoor Fabrics (Cushion Covers & Upholstery): Residential – 5 YearsCommercial – 3 Years. Covers fading or disintegration of solution-dyed acrylic fabrics under normal exposure. Stains, mildew, or damage from improper cleaning are not manufacturing defects.
  • Woven Rope & Sling Materials (e.g. Batyline® mesh): Residential – 5 YearsCommercial – 3 Years. Covers breakage or significant deterioration of Batyline slings, vinyl straps, and woven polymer rope materials.
  • Cushion Construction (Seams & Zippers): Residential – 2 YearsCommercial – 1 Year. Covers manufacturing defects in cushion sewing, such as seam slippage or zipper failure. Routine softening or compression of cushions is normal wear and not a defect.
  • Outdoor Cushion Foam Inserts: 3 Year (Residential or Commercial). Covers loss of resiliency beyond normal softening of high-density outdoor foam. To maximize lifespan, avoid waterlogging cushions and allow them to dry out if they get wet.
  • Table Tops – Glass: 2 Years. Covers manufacturing defects in tempered glass table tops. Chips, scratches, or breaks due to impact or misuse are not covered. Always inspect glass upon delivery.
  • Table Tops – Ceramic & Porcelain (Laminam®): 2 Years. Covers structural defects like cracking not caused by external impact. Minor color variations or texture differences in ceramic slabs are natural and not considered defects. Use proper care to avoid thermal shock.
  • Table Tops – Natural Stone (Granite, Marble, etc.): 2 Years. Covers structural defects unrelated to natural stone characteristics. Color/grain variations or surface pits are inherent and not covered.
  • Umbrellas & Bases: 1 Year. Covers manufacturer defects in outdoor umbrellas and bases. Wind damage or tipping is not covered.
  • Protective Furniture Covers: 1 Year. Harmonia’s optional covers are warranted against seam tearing or delamination. Fading or degradation from exposure is considered normal wear.

Note: All warranty periods begin on the date of shipment or purchase. Residential covers private home use; Commercial covers hospitality, contract, or any non-residential use. Harmonia may repair or replace defective components at our discretion. Replacement under warranty does not extend the original warranty period.

Warranty Limitations & Exclusions

Our warranty covers only manufacturing and material defects. Below are important limitations and exclusions:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Fading of finishes or fabrics, color changes in wood, and natural aging of materials are not defects.
  • Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, chips, or scuffs after delivery are not covered.
  • Improper Use or Maintenance: Damage from neglecting recommended care or using the furniture beyond its intended purpose is not covered.
  • Chemical Damage: Damage from sunscreens, oils, solvents, or harsh cleaners is excluded.
  • Acts of Nature: Fire, floods, hurricanes, freezing conditions, or other natural disasters are not covered.
  • Accidents & Abuse: Impact damage, drops, or pet damage is not covered.
  • Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Any unauthorized repairs or alterations void the warranty.
  • Variation in Natural Materials: Natural differences in color, grain, or texture in stone or wood are expected and not defects.
  • Commercial Use Caveats: Commercial settings assume heavier use. Warranty coverage is shorter and requires stricter maintenance.
  • Shipping & Handling Damage: Damage in transit must be reported immediately and handled with the carrier.
  • “As-Is” or Clearance Items: Final sale items are sold without warranty.

  • Slings and Woven Materials: Clean gently with mild soap. Avoid sharp objects and pressure washers.
  • Stone & Ceramic Table Tops: Use coasters. Clean with pH-neutral products. Avoid extreme temperatures.
  • Glass Table Tops: Use glass cleaner. Avoid impact and thermal shock.
  • Winter Storage & Extreme Weather: Store indoors or cover. Keep upright. Remove umbrellas in wind.
  • Protective Furniture Covers: Use breathable covers. Only cover dry furniture. Replace covers as needed.

Small Parcel Shipping

We use USPS, FedEx, and UPS for smaller items like grill tools and accessories. Delivery typically takes 1–4 business days after processing.

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Orders placed before noon are often processed the same day.
  • Free shipping on orders over $59.99; smaller orders have a flat $9.99 rate.
  • Orders over $400 require a signature. Someone 18+ must be available to sign.
  • All shipments are tracked — you'll get an email with tracking once your order ships.

LTL Freight Shipping

For larger items like grills and outdoor kitchens, we use LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight. Shipments are palletized for secure transport and delivered curbside.

  • The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window — please keep your phone number current.
  • Delivery is curbside; items will not be moved inside your home or yard.
  • Lift gate service is included to safely unload heavy items.
  • Inspect your shipment on arrival. If products are visibly damaged beyond repair, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
  • For minor damage, note it on the delivery receipt before signing, then contact us.

Important: Remote areas may have additional delivery times or fees. Contact us if you think your area may qualify as remote.

Returns & Exchanges

Small Parcel Items

Our 30-Day Return Policy applies to small parcel items. Return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, in original condition and packaging.

  • Initiating a Return: Contact us with your order number and reason. We'll provide instructions and a return label.
  • Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping unless the return is due to our error. These fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds: Once received and inspected, we'll email you and process your refund to the original payment method.
  • Damaged or Defective: Contact us right away — we'll arrange a replacement and cover return shipping.
  • Exchanges: Start a return and place a new order for the item you want.

LTL Shipments

LTL return shipping costs more, and items must be returned on the original pallet, strapped and secured as received.

  • Repackage on the original pallet in the same secure configuration as delivered.
  • Items not returned in original condition may incur additional or restocking fees.
  • Expect higher shipping costs and a possible restocking fee.
