Alfresco’s Outdoor Pizza Oven Plus delivers commercial quality and performance with gas power. It preheats in 16 minutes and can reach over 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit to cook perfect Neapolitan pizzas in four minutes. The hearth heating system has 40,000 BTUs of power, and the double-walled insulated top and gas logs retain heat. The glass doors allow monitoring of food while keeping the heat in. It has 456 square inches of cooking surface and adjustable legs for convenient placement on your outdoor kitchen countertop. The oven also includes a wood and herb box, which doubles as a water pan for steam production.
