Patio Furniture Warranty All patio furniture has a 5yr manufactures warranty. To submit a warranty claim, photos of the damaged furniture must be submitted via email or USPS mail. Customer is also responsible to provide the original purchase date of the furniture. The warranty covers manufacturer’s defects only. Any furniture damaged due to customer abuse after photos are reviewed will not be replaced under warranty. Customer is responsible for shipping cost of all warranty replacement items. Cushion Warranty All cushions have a 1 year manufactures warranty. To submit a warranty claim, photos of the damaged cushions must be submitted via email or USPS mail. Customer is also responsible to provide the original purchase date of the furniture. The warranty covers manufacturer’s defects only. In the case that damaged is deemed due to customer neglect the cushions will not be replaced under warranty. Customer will be responsible for shipping cost of all warranty replacement items. Accepting a Freight Shipment The customer will receive a phone call and/or email with the tracking info for delivery of all freight shipments. Someone must be present to sign for the shipment. Please make sure to inspect for damage before signing the delivery receipt. Reporting Damage Durning Shipment The customers are asked to be sure and note any obvious damage on the delivery receipt. In some cases concealed damage does occur. In this case please notify BestofBackyard within 5 days of receipt. If BestofBackyard is not notified within 5 days of delivery, we can not be held responsible for any damages that occurred during shipping. The customer will have to deal directly with the delivery carrier for damages not reported within 5 days of receipt. Returns If a customer is not satisfied with the product they received, they should contact BestofBackyard within 10 days of delivery. All items being returned must be packaged by the customer for shipping. Customer is responsible for actual shipping charges to and from the customer and a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number issued by a customer service representative. The credit for the returned item will be issued back to the customer within 2 weeks of the time it is received back at our facility to allow proper time for items to be inspected and returned back into inventory after it is received. No refunds will be issued for items outside of the 30 day return window. This site may contain other proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which must be observed and followed. Customers will be notified by phone and/or email of the tracking info and the E.T.A. . The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Sales Tax Best Of Backyard charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. Warranties Best of Backyard Patio Furniture Limited Warranty BEST OF BACKYARD Does not warranty for commercial or institutional use. All warranties apply to original purchaser and begin at the date of purchase. BEST OF BACKYARD furniture frames are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of FIVE YEARS from the date of purchase. BEST OF BACKYARD . will warranty the powder coat finish for a period of THREE YEARS form the date of purchase against blistering and peeling. BEST OF BACKYARD reserves the right to make a disposition whether to replace, repair or refinish any covered warranty product. Upon requesting replacement, repair or refinish of a product under our warranty, the product wanting replacement, repair or refinish and proof of purchase MUST be provided to BEST OF BACKYARD. In the event that any product is no longer available, equal value replacement will be offered. During the third year after the purchase of BEST OF BACKYARD. Furniture, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all freight cost for the replacement. Replacement will be shipped local, common carrier or DHL ground delivery service only. The warranty does NOT cover damage caused by ammonia, harsh abrasive cleaners, pool chlorine, suntan oils, blocks/or lotions and other harsh chemicals. The warranty does NOT cover accidental damage such as fire, wind, freezing or weather damage caused by nature and any damage caused by unreasonable use or abuse. The warranty does not cover rusting and or oxidation of furniture resulting from exposed metals that have been scratched, chipped, or not properly maintained. Rust seepage or bleeding form crevices or hidden surfaces inherent in some ornate designs. Any patio furniture placed for a period of time within five miles of salt water, pool/coastline, and hard water deposits or calcium build up due to minerals found in regional water supplies are NOT warranted. Due to the unique nature of hand applied finishes, fading and wearing is not included in this warranty. In addition, our warranty does not cover cast iron rusting, rocker, and swivel mechanisms, and glass or leg levers.
