How can I return an item?

At Best of Backyard, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items.

Eligible items for return include:

  • Items that are in new and unused condition
  • Items that are not assembled or modified in any way
  • Items that are in their original packaging, with all parts and accessories

Non-eligible items for return include:

  • Custom or special-order items
  • Items that have been assembled or modified
  • Items that are not in their original packaging or are missing parts or accessories

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at or 951.977.8222  . They will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s) and issue a return authorization.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

To view your sales receipt for, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account on the website.
  2. Go to the “My Orders” section of your account.
  3. Find the order for which you would like to view the receipt and click on “View Order”
  4. The sales receipt should be available for download or view as a PDF document.

If you have any difficulty accessing your receipt or if your order was placed as a guest, you should contact our customer service  for assistance. We will be able to provide you with a copy of your receipt.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

The availability of restocking items that are indicated as out of stock on will depend on the specific item and the company’s inventory management.

In general, some items may be restocked at a later date, while others may be discontinued and never restocked.

Customers can contact our customer service team  to inquire about the restocking of a specific item. We can  also provide you with an estimated restocking date if the item is planned to be restocked in the future. Additionally, we may also suggest alternative options or similar items that are currently available.

Where can I ship my order?

You can ship your order to any address within the 48 states of the US, except for Hawaii and Alaska.

How can I cancel or change my order?

To cancel or change an order on, you can follow these steps:

  3. Find the order that you would like to cancel or change and click on “View Order”
  4. Look for a button or link that says “Cancel” or “Change” and follow the prompts.
  5. If you don’t see any option to cancel or change the order, you should contact the customer service of as soon as possible.

Please note that not all orders may be able to be canceled or changed, especially if they have already been processed and shipped. And also, you should check the company’s policy on their website before cancelling or changing the order.
