Once your order is placed an email with our order # and details will be sent to the email you added on the order form.
Please check your spam folder or make sure your email is correct if you did not get an email with your order details.
Best of Backyard wants you to love what you buy! But if you don’t, we allow you to return all new, unused, unassembled, and resalable items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund (minus the original ship cost per restocking fee and return shipping cost). Items damaged or returned not in resalable condition and original packaging will be liable to a higher restocking fee. Returns are no longer accepted after 30 days of when the order was delivered.
STEPS FOR RETURNING YOUR ORDER:
We can process returns and refunds for unused products, returned 30 days from the day of delivery, and items purchased from Best of Backyard. To set up a return for unused products purchased online, contact our customer service department at

If you place an order for an item that is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible with an ETA of when we expect the item/s to ship out.
Best of Backyard only ships within the USA excluding Hawaii & Alaska.
